About Logic Athletics
My Story
I’ve been passionate about sports and staying active for as long as I can remember. Movement, competition, and pushing limits have always been a part of who I am. But that passion was put to the test when I suffered a severe knee injury that led to two surgeries—and a long, frustrating road to recovery.
When traditional physical therapy didn’t get me where I needed to be, I took ownership of my rehab. That experience changed everything. I became obsessed with understanding the body—how it moves, how it breaks down, and how it rebuilds stronger.
Around that same time, I became a father. Having my first daughter shifted my perspective in a big way. I felt a deep responsibility not just to protect her, but to set an example of strength, resilience, and discipline. That’s what led me to begin training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
What started as a way to learn self-defense quickly turned into something much more. I fell in love with the sport—the physical challenge, the mental toughness, and the constant evolution it demands. It pushed me to grow in ways I hadn’t experienced before.
Today, I bring all of that experience together as a strength and conditioning coach, specializing in training MMA athletes. My approach is built on real-world experience—injury, recovery, competition, and the relentless pursuit of improvement. I understand what it takes not just to perform, but to stay durable, confident, and ready for anything.
This isn’t just training—it’s preparation for the demands of the sport and life.
